Contact Support

Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the product in its original retail box including all cables, keycap pullers, and documentation to avoid damage during transit.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking services.
