What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable keyboards?

Hot-swappable keyboards allow you to change mechanical switches without soldering, making it easy to customize your typing feel. Non-Hot-swappable versions have switches soldered directly to the PCB.

Does Keychron support both macOS and Windows?

Yes, all Keychron keyboards are designed with a unique Mac layout and include dedicated system toggle switches along with extra keycaps for both Windows and macOS compatibility.

How long does shipping take for international orders?

Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
